wnt通路是細(xì)胞增殖分化的關(guān)鍵調(diào)控環(huán)節(jié)， 在胚胎發(fā)育和腫瘤發(fā)生中起著重要作用。wnt途徑參與了基因表達(dá)調(diào)節(jié)、 細(xì)胞遷移粘附、細(xì)胞極化等過程，同時(shí)還與其它信號(hào)通路存在交叉協(xié)同。Wnt/β-catenin通路在進(jìn)化過程中高度保守，此通路的主要分子構(gòu)成及相關(guān)調(diào) 控機(jī)制已得到基本闡明。對神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)而言已有足夠證據(jù)顯示此通路參與了對神經(jīng)前體細(xì)胞增殖， 分化以及決定細(xì)胞命運(yùn)的調(diào)控。

The lyophilized protein is stable for at least 6 months if stored at -80 degreeC. Reconstituted protein is stable for at least two weeks at 4 degree C, but should be stored in aliquots at -80 degree C for longer term. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw.

WNT-3a is a member of the WNT family of signaling proteins that play a key role in embryonic development and the integrity of adult tissues. WNT-3a,Mouse W3A-M-005,5ug is a prototypic canonical WNT that signals through the β-catenin pathway. The predicted size of mouse WNT-3a,Mouse W3A-M-005,5ug is a monomeric protein containing 333 amino acid residues. Due to glycosylation, it migrates at an apparent molecular weight of 40 kDa by SDS-PAGE analysis under nonreducing conditions. StemRD’s product WNT-3a,Mouse W3A-M-005,5ug is expressed from a mouse cell line overexpressing mouse WNT-3a. Purification is performed with a proprietary process that is distinct from the published method.
