The MesenCult™ Proliferation Kit (Human) is a standardized, serum-containing medium for the culture of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). The MesenCult™ Proliferation Kit (Human) is optimized for the expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells in vitro as well as their enumeration using the colony-forming unit - fibroblast (CFU-F) assay. Components are prescreened to minimize lot-to-lot variability.
